Prateek Patel leads Unlock's engineering and technology strategy, and holds board-level accountability for the systems the company builds and operates on behalf of its clients. His focus is on keeping delivery grounded in engineering discipline — architecture, security, and long-term maintainability — rather than short-term feature delivery.
